Romania Plans For Small Nuclear Power Plants By 2030

Romania is a strong proponent of nuclear energy in Europe with 69% of Romanians supportive of investing in new nuclear. Romania has plans to deploy 6 small modular reactors (SMRs) with a total capacity of 462MW by 2030.
