Donald Hoffman, President & CEO, EXCEL Services Corporation was our guest on this edition of NBP Hotseat. During our conversation, Donald shared his views and insights on America's strategy to assist emerging countries like those in Africa in their nuclear energy programs. Donald is very active in the nuclear industry and served as the 59th president of the American Nuclear Society. Prior to starting EXCEL in 1985, Donald served in the U.S. Nuclear Submarine Navy.
